Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. Therefore we would like to minimize returns as much as possible. Please email us or call for measurements/sizing and we will be happy to help you.

Sofi Stella in store merchandise will accept FULL price items for an exchange within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt. We do not do refunds. You will receive a store credit or you may exchange that day. After 14 days, returns will not be accepted. All original tags must be attached and any clearance item/hair accessory, pre-order, or promotional item is a final sale. Holiday returns are accepted through 12/31/2025. 

NEW ONLINE ONLY ORDERS POLICY: returns must be made within 7 days of receiving order, a return label will be sent when the buyer submits their online return. This policy is ONLY for the NEW ONLINE ONLY MERCHANDISE.

 

**No refunds or exchanges will be permitted on birthday wear.

PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR MERCHANDISE FOR DAMAGES BEFORE REMOVING ANY TAGS. MERCHANDISE SHIPPED BACK WITHOUT TAGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Shipping fees are non refundable and return & exchange shipping is your responsibility. If you received a promotional free shipping and are exchanging items, you will be responsible for second shipping charge.

local pickup orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours of placing your order, if you need it sooner please call 734-457-2392

 

Store Credit

To redeem your store credit, please call us. You will be able to purchase your new items over the phone, or if you would like to purchase online, we will give you your code. We are unable to hold any merchandise unless it is paid for.

Shipping

Sofi Stella Boutique ships via the US Postal Service's Priority Mail. All packages shipped within the United States will have a delivery notification to ensure guaranteed delivery. Next-Day Shipments are also available via Express Mail. All items will ship within 1-2 business days of order but please allow 6 to 10 days for receipt of your package. This time frame allows us to process, package and mail your item. Should you require your item faster, feel free to send us a note and we will try our best to accommodate you! IMPORTANT: We can not be responsible for packages once they leave our hands. If postal service fails to deliver your package and it comes back to us, shipping charges will not be refundable. Therefore, please make sure to enter correct shipping and billing address when placing an order.
